Order Acceptance and Pricing

Placing an order at Frost Buddy does not guarantee acceptance. Each order undergoes review for product availability, payment authorization, and security checks. Frost Buddy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason.

In cases where pricing or product information contains an obvious error, Frost Buddy may correct such errors and take appropriate action pertaining to affected orders.

Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-12 business days. These timeframes are estimates and can vary based on shipping method and location.

Shipping fees are calculated and shown during checkout based on the destination and shipping method you select.

Returns and Refunds

Frost Buddy accepts returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item you received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds for returns that meet eligibility requirements will be issued within 5-10 business days after Frost Buddy receives the returned item.

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, orders may be processed or shipped, and cancellations may no longer be available.

Permitted Use of the Website

Use Frost Buddy’s website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. You agree to refrain from:
